Fashion Urges Shopper's Guide
How do I shop online at Fashion Urges?
Shopping with us is really easy!
Just follow these simple steps below to get yourself started.
Create a User Account
- Start by creating a User Account. It uniquely identifies you and enables you to participate in Fashion Urges’ upcoming events, submit product reviews, etc.
- To create an account, scroll up to the top right corner of the screen. Click on Register and follow the onscreen instructions. You will need to validate your email address before your account is successfully created (just to ensure it’s a valid email address – no spammers!).
Shop, Shop, Shop! ;)
- Simply go to our Fashion Urges Home where you'll see our newest arrivals on the front page.
- At the top of the page, mouse over the Our Store menu until you see a drop down list of our products by category. Click on the category you are interested in, for e.g., Handbags.
- You see a listing of products on the right panel. Use the Sort By filter (top of the page) to sort our products by price, name and latest arrivals. To view more products, scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the navigation buttons (<< PREV or NEXT >> buttons).
- When you see a product you like, click on the product link or image to view more details, photos and availability.
- On the Product Details page, select the Quantity you wish to purchase and click Add to Cart. A confirmation message pops up telling you that the product has been added to your cart.
- You may check whether the product is in stock by referring to the Availability information:
- 1 - 7 DAYS: Ready stock
- Not Available: Out of stock
- You may choose to bookmark your favorite products by clicking the Add to Wishlist link. You can even share or email your wishlists to your friends - a convenient way to ask for presents (tee-hee! :p)
- Repeat the steps above until you’ve added all the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Checking Out Your Order
- Ready to check out your order? Scroll back up to the top of the page and click on Your Shopping Cart, followed by Show Cart.
- Verify your cart items is correct and click on Checkout.
- If you have already created and validated your User Account, enter your username and password under the Returning Customers section. If you have never provided your Billing Information before, you will be prompted to do so after you have logged in.
- If you do not have a User Account created yet, create one under the New Customers section.
- Once you’ve logged in to your account, you will be redirected to your shopping cart.
- Confirm your delivery address. Add an address if you haven’t already.
- Select the shipping option you prefer.
- Select the payment option you prefer.
- Add comments on your order if you have any.
- You will arrive at the Order Confirmation screen where there will be instructions to guide you in making the payment.
- Please also check your email (the one you used when you registered your user account) and make sure you received a copy of your order confirmation email. If you did not receive this email even after a few hours, please notify us at

and we will re-send the order confirmation email to you.
- If you are an Overseas Customer (outside Malaysia), we will get in touch with you shortly to advise you on the shipping charges and payment details.
Making a Payment
- Once you’ve made the payment, please reply on top of your order confirmation email and state the following details:
- Date of Payment
- Time of Payment
- Amount Paid
- Which bank account – Maybank / CIMB / etc.
- Alternatively, if you made the payment via online banking, you can capture a screen shot of the payment receipt and send it on top on your confirmation email. (Refer to the PAYMENT section for more details.)
- Please forward your payment ASAP. All orders are on a first come first serve basis. Please do not back out on your orders, we really do not want to put you on our blacklist.
Shipping Your Orders
- Once we’ve received your payment, we will respond to your email and advise you on the estimated delivery date. Please take note that our delivery schedule is every Saturday.
- Sit back and relax while your order is being shipped to you. You can also track your parcel online. (Refer to the SHIPPING section for more details.)
- Please ensure someone is present at the address you have provided to wait for the arrival of your parcel. Otherwise, the courier agent will leave you a note for you to collect it at the post office.

What are the Terms and Conditions for shopping at Fashion Urges?
Please read this section carefully.
By submitting an order to us, you are subject to the agreement of the following terms and conditions:
PRODUCTS
- Actual product color may differ from the photos shown on our website due to the lighting effects on the photos or different computer color display and resolutions. We cannot guarantee that the actual product will be an exact resemblance of what is shown on the photo.
- Every product is carefully checked to ensure its quality and condition first before it is shipped out. Hence, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred during the delivery of the parcel to you.
- Please check the contents of the parcel before you sign receipt for it. In the event any items are damaged or missing, please ensure you report this to us via email within 24 hours after you have received the parcel.
REFUND POLICY
- We do not accept any refunds of products sold. Full refund is only applicable when the products you have ordered and paid for is no longer in stock.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange is allowed only when there are major defects such as manufacturing defects, large stains or tears, or missing accessories.
- You will need to inform us of the defects upon receipt of product within 24 hours. Please provide photos of defects upon our request.
- Products are 1:1 exchange for same model/size/color. If the product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative product for exchange OR wait for the next shipment (on condition the product is still re-stockable).
- If the exchange product is of lower value, there will be no refund for the difference.
- If the exchange product is of higher value, kindly top up the excess in amount.
- All shipping charges (returns and delivery) are to be borne by the buyer and is not reimbursable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Upon receipt of payment, no cancellation or changing of order will be entertained.
PRIVACY POLICY
- When you shop at Fashion Urges, any personal information you share with us when placing an order is kept absolutely private, secure, and confidential. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold, shared, or used by any other company. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us when you order from our website and will never share your information with third parties.

DELIVERY TIME
- After we have shipped out your items, they should arrive at your door step within 1 - 5 days, depending on the delivery method you have chosen. Occasionally, due to holidays, there may be a slight delay in the delivery.
- Please note that the delivery time may vary according to your location.
SALES AND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS
- From time to time, we will conduct sales and offer promotional discounts for our products. We may end these programs at any time without prior notifications.

Can I still order out of stock items?
Yes you may, on condition the item is still restockable. While we may not guarantee that we will find alternate sources for it, we will definitely do our best. To be notified the next time we process restock requests, please kindly click on the "Notify Me" button (where the Add to Cart button usually is) on each product you would like us to restock for you. Fill in your email and comments (e.g. how many pieces of each color you would like to buy). We will contact you via email the next time we attempt to restock. Please note, a deposit of 50% of the item price (not refundable) will be requested upon confirmation of your restock request.
EXTREMELY Important: We are now requesting for a deposit (non-refundable) to ensure that customers DO NOT back out on their restock requests. Please kindly understand that it involves costs to purchase the item on your behalf first, and it's really disappointing when customers just back out or go Missing in Action on us. Please note this deposit payment is NOT a pre-order. We are not obligated to deliver the product to you by any specific date. Please kindly DO NOT place a restock request if you are not willing to accept these conditions. We're sorry for coming up with these rules, but some customers have really left us with no choice. Can I get a discount for the items I purchase?
Sure you can! Here are some really neat tips and tricks on how to earn yourself discounts on your purchase (ready stock items only):
- Get a few colleagues or buddies to join you on a shopping spree (group purchase).
- When you buy any 3 items, you will be entitled to RM6 off your order amount. Just enter the coupon code: 3PCRM6OFF during the checkout process.
- When you buy any 5 items, you will be entitled to RM12 off your order amount. Just enter the coupon code: 5PCRM12OFF during the checkout process.

How do I determine my shoe size?
As most of us are familiar with Vincci shoe sizes, here's a general rule of thumb:

If you don't know Vincci or you are still unsure about your size, worry not! Here's a simple guide below to help you determine your shoe size.
A few things to consider:
* If your measurements are between two sizes, or you find one foot's measurement larger than the other, always move up to the larger size.
* If the shoes are a bit loose, try slipping on an insole - not only does it add extra comfort, it even helps keep your feet fresh.
* On the contrary, if the shoes are a bit tight, visit a cobbler (with a stretching machine) and request for your shoes to be stretched a little to fit your feet.
