When should I make the payment?

Ready stock items:

• Full payment is to be made ASAP before we can proceed to sending out your orders. All orders are on a first come first serve basis.
  
• Please make your payments promptly to avoid situations where the items run out of stock.

Note:

• In the event where the items run out of stock, you can choose to:
  • Order another item of similar value.
  • Order another item of lesser value and the remainder will be refunded to you.
  • Order another item of greater value and top up the difference in amount.
  • Get a full refund on the item.

  • Please DO NOT place an order with us if you are not serious about buying.
    
  • Kindly understand that we only have limited stock per item and other genuine customers would also like to purchase those items. 
  • Any user suspected of misusing our website or backing out on orders will be blacklisted. No future correspondence will be entertained.

What payment options do I have?

Payment Methods (for domestic customers):

Listed herewith are our bank account details for domestic customers. Please make your payment accordingly and inform us of the date, time, total amount paid and to which bank account (Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / RHB). Alternatively, you may send us a copy of your payment receipt for our verification.

Payment Methods (for overseas customers only):

For overseas customers, we accept payments via Moneygram or Western Union.

For Moneygram or Western Union - just visit a local bank near you which provides money transfer services (send money). We will provide you with our details accordingly. Once you have made the payment, please send us the MTCN number so we can trace and collect the payment.

Please note, for all payment methods mentioned above, you will need to bear the costs of the transaction fees. Please DO NOT make your payments until you have received a confirmation from us on your total order amount, including postage fees. We don't want you wasting money unnecessarily for 2 separate transactions. :)
