When will you send out my items?

Please take note our delivery schedule is every Saturday. Our cutoff time is 9am Saturday. In other words, all orders paid for by Saturday 9am will be sent out on the same day itself, all others will be sent out on the following Saturday. We observe all public holidays in Malaysia, so our delivery schedule will be subject to change during this period.

What shipping options do I have for shipping within Malaysia?

Our preferred shipping vendor is:

• Pos Malaysia for bulk shipments (wholesale) only : 5 - 7 working days delivery
  
• Poslaju or Skynet for courier service : 1 - 2 working days delivery
• Pos Ekspres for small accessories or clothing (1 piece) less than 500g : 1 - 2 working days delivery
  

All delivery options stated above are traceable via tracking numbers.


For bulk shipments (wholesale) only, we provide Pos Malaysia parcel postage within Malaysia.
This is recommended if you stay in East Malaysia (where courier charges are slightly higher) or if the items you purchased are significantly heavier.
Most importantly - you don't mind waiting an extra few days.

For all retail orders, we provide courier service at discounted prices based on the total weight of the order (details as stated below):

Please note that shipping charges are automatically calculated by our system based on your order's total weight. If your order happens to be overweight or bulky (size), our system will prompt you with shipping options but the amount is to be advised. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you and let you know the actual shipping cost for the shipping option you have chosen.

Also, we will wrap and package your items carefully to ensure that they are delivered to you in a good condition - not to worry! :)

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

As a matter of fact, we do! If you are residing in Penang, Malaysia, then why not consider using Cash on Delivery (COD)? A little saving on postage fees goes a long way!

We provide COD for all purchases (regardless of the total purchase amount) at the following locations:

• Secret Recipe, Gurney Plaza (Saturdays only, 3pm - 6pm)
  
• Starbucks, Queensbay Mall  (Sundays only, 3pm - 6pm)
  
• Starbucks, Prangin Mall (Sundays only, 3pm - 6pm)
  
• McDonalds, Green Lane (Saturdays and Sundays, 1pm - 3pm)
  

Just reply on top of your purchase order confirmation email and let us know the rendezvous location and time you prefer. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us enough time to make the necessary arrangements.

What shipping options do I have for international shipping (outside Malaysia)?

International shipping rates will vary according to location and weight. We currently offer the following options:

1. Registered air mail / parcel

2. EMS (Poslaju) - recommended

Note: We will not be held responsible should your local post office impose any taxes on the parcel, or if your local post office has any limitations in sending the parcel directly to the delivery address you provided us. We also do not recommend sending to a P.O.Box address unless you are sure it is allowed in your country. In all cases, we will not assume any responsibility should any problems arise.

How do I track my shipment?

We make it a point to ensure that every shipment is traceable. We will inform you via email (1 day in advance) prior to sending out your shipment.

You can always request for the shipment tracking number from us if you would like to see the status of your parcel.
